CANCELLATION POLICY
Missed appointments and last minute cancellations are inconvenient for us, and they mean we could have seen another patient in that time slot.
It is important for us to know as far in advance as possible when you need to change or cancel your appointment. Please be aware that if appointments are missed or cancelled at very late notice, in order to cover our costs, we may need to charge you as follows:
- Cancellation or change over 48 hours before appointment : no charge
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment: half of usual appointment cost
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: full cost
We would be very grateful if you could therefore endeavour to let us know as far in advance as possible if you do need to change or cancel your appointment.

PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept cheques, cash, debit and credit cards only (we do not accept AMEX), however most payments are arranged via Stripe through automatically through our booking system after your appointment.
